With direct booking, a deposit of 30% to 50% is required based on the High or Low season period to confirm the reservation at Mediterraneo Loft so as to allow the removal of the chosen dates on the booking calendars: a non-fiscal receipt will be issued, and in the event of cancellation, the deposit will always be fully refunded as long as the cancellation of the stay is made one week before arrival.

For reservations received before March 1st with stays before this date, a supplement of € 3.00 per person per night is applied. For reservations received before March 1st 2025 with stays after this date, a supplement of € 5.00 per person per night is applied (excluding children under 14 years old) Up to a maximum of 14 consecutive nights. The Chiaia/Mergellina neighborhood is a welcoming, very popular residential neighborhood, one of the best in the city in an excellent, safe and elegant context with many nice shops and services. The strategic location makes everything easily accessible both on foot and by public transport.

 The Cumana station is only 100 meters away while the Mergellina Metro L2 stop is 700 meters away.

 The Arco Mirelli NEW Metro L6 station is 650 meters away.

 The apartment is located a few meters from many supermarkets, bars, restaurants, delicatessens, clothing, plants and flowers, design and furniture as well as countless other commercial activities and is well connected to the other neighborhoods of the city by means of transport. Very convenient.

 The area is in fact very convenient for reaching the main points of interest in the city, from the historic center to the pedestrian promenade, both by public transport and on foot or with LIME e-bikes and BIT scooters (rental via smartphone app).

 The taxi station is less than 1 minute walk from the apartment.

 The Cumana stop on Corso Vittorio Emanuele is a 2-minute walk away (with just one stop you can reach the Montesanto station in a few minutes from where the historic center of Naples begins with the ancient Pignasecca market).

 The Maradona stadium is just two stops from Cumana in the direction of Fuorigrotta Pozzuoli.

 The Mergellina metro stop is 10 minutes away.

 The NEW Arco Mirelli metro station Line 6 to reach Porto Beverello and the historic center of Naples is a 10-minute walk away near the Lungomare, Villa Comunale and the Anton Dohrn Zoological Station Aquarium.
